Never say, "I'm sorry"

 I had an altercation, my first of 2018' A gentleman was way out of line yet he eventually said, "I'm sorry" to which I replied, "You certainly are and I'd venture to say worthless but are you apologetic"?

 Now I really want something good to eat.
