Have you ever had a lobster flavored crispy crepe/southern biscuit/flat cornbread

 *Of course not yet here it is. There are certain flavors and textures that can only be found overseas and not where you may think. The "real" flavors and textures are found in the barrios, the ghettos and among the poor.
 These people create more things out of necessity than you might ever imagine but not many have the balls to go there.





 So let's see what we'll surround the main attraction to this dish with.

 A bit of lemon, basil chicken breast.



 I was in the mood to spread this one around the world so I made some oyster fried rice. (Make the fried rice first, the sliced oysters only take 15, 20 seconds)
