You went out and purchased the begging's of a home theater system. Do want to avoid EMI, hiss, clicks, pops etc. in the future?
Begin with wire management day 1.
The task here is to separate low voltage and medium voltage wires. Then you're going to group each within tie wraps.
When low voltage and medium voltage cross do your best to make them intersect at 90 degrees
The tie wraps are not to be tight, if they don't slide easily within the wraps, they're too tight. *Never use and metallic wraps as they will create pulse and EMI. (I may talk about "staggering" in a much bigger project or demonstration)
If you don't own flush cuts, twist the tie wraps at the base as cutting them will eventually cut you right back.
Beginning in the proper direction will make it much easier to manage down the road.
