All Original Niko Johnson Dishes, None Can Be Found In A Book

Dedicated to my mom and Naomi Cerre.

All these recipes are rooted in some city, some culture, area, ethnicity some how somewhere. Yet here's the trick, I've lived in 60 or 70 cities and states, add to that 11 -12 countries "not" including various islands.
These are my "original recipes". How can I say that? It's easy, none are written on paper, they're all in my head. If you asked me to make you a specific dish, I can't. I'd have to look at you, the picture, ask what you like and "then" I'd make something very similar because I don't measure, remember cooking times or spices.

It's very simple in my mind; This goes with that and that accents this. That over there will over power that, plus that's acidic and it won't like being mixed with that because that's a base.

How about a free restaurant?

Those that have followed my blogs over the years are fully aware of how quickly a change directions.
This "Info & Tech" has lasted 2 or 3 years off and on.

It's time once again (That's no surprise) to plot a new course.

The concept: A free food venue where customers can "sample" foods from around the world for free.

I have no location so far yet I'm sure it will be in Central America or SE Asia.

I'll post to this blog as I can and it will remain active as all the other blogs have > free of charge.

Tropical Realty Homes take no responsibility for complete lies

This is how Eric and Ellen did my mother selling her condo and she was never married to Fred Ronecker and is still alive.

"The estate is in the family.  The agent said that the owner is 85 years old, and his wife has passed away.  The owner is too old and weak to go through a move and wants to spend his days in the home he shared with his wife.  This is why he will sell, but will require a lease back to that he can remain in the home and pay rent to the new owner until he chooses to leave, or he passes".

"Are you sure your friend is talking about this unit as having owners going through a divorce"?

Ellen

Network Premise Cabling & Premise Wiring Solution

Premise cabling or premise wiring, simply refers to the network cabling system (cable wiring, cabling connectors and accessories) that is utilized in business, government, academic and in some cases domestic applications.
With premise cabling, data terminals, computers and phone equipment systems can be interconnected using copper or fiber optic cabling components designed to meet and exceed ANSI, TIA/EIA and ISO standards for maximum product performance levels and proper design layout.

Premise Cabling Standards

Premise cabling standards ensure that product manufacturers and premise wiring installers are “on the same page” regardless if your cabling infrastructure is designed and installed from the ground up or is a retrofit for an existing facility. Premise cabling and wiring standards also ensure that future upgrading or expansion of the premise wiring system may be possible.
To ensure full bandwidth potential and optimum premise cabling performance Siemon recommends using only a certified installer. See Siemon’s premise and network cabling systems Certified Installer page for more information.

Wiremap For UTP Cabling

Wiremapping is a simple test that confirms that each wire is hooked up correctly, with no opens or shorts. UTP intended only for POTS (plain old telephone service) voice applications actually only needs to be tested for wiremap. Wiremapping is very straightforward. Structured cabling standards do not consider simple voice grade cable, only cable of Category 3 or above, so most cable testing will require more than just wiremapping, either certification or verification, so wiremap testing is done in the tester before other tests. Each pair must be connected to the correct pins at the plugs and jacks, with good contacts in the terminations. A "wiremapper" is basically a continuity checker that determines if pins are correctly connected.

Most of the failures are simple enough to understand, like reversed wires in a pair, crossed pairs, opens or shorts. One possible failure, crossed pairs, is caused when both wires of a pair are crossed at one termination. The usual cause of a crossed pair is a 568A termination on one end and a 568B on the other.

The most difficult wiremap problem is a split pair, when one wire on each pair is reversed on both ends. It causes the signal to be sent on one wire each of two pairs. The usual DC wiremap will pass but crosstalk will fail. It takes a more sophisticated wiremapper or Cat 5e/6/6a tester to find a split pair, as some wiremappers which use only DC tests do not check crosstalk. In our experience, a split pair is usually caused by someone using punchdown color codes on jacks which splits the pairs.

Here are examples of wiremap faults. Compare the diagrams to the correct one above to see the wiring errors.

The 10 Commandments of Cable Management

I. Thou Shalt Always Measure First

Every home and office is different from the next, so if you’re thinking of using length-oriented products like surface racewaywire loomwire duct, or conduit to manage cable, be sure to measure carefully before each cable management project you undertake. Proper measurement saves time and frustration: it ensures that you’ll have plenty of product on hand to protect each cable run, so you won’t need to halt mid-project to wait for more to arrive.

II. Thou Shalt Never Exceed Fill Capacity
Whether you’re dealing with wire loom, cable trays or heavy-duty cord protectors, one of the cardinal rules of installation is to never overstuff a cable management device with cables. By exceeding fill capacity, you run the risk of crush-related attenuation, insulation damage, crosstalk, and even – in the case of power cables – overheating and fire. Professional installations using duct, conduit or cable trays should consult TIA/EIA, NEC and/or manufacturers’ guidelines for product-specific fill capacity specs. If you opt to harness home theater or workstation cords with split wire loom or braided sleeving, the rules are less exacting: just gather together the cables you’ll be containing, measure the diameter of the bundle, and select a product whose diameter is slightly greater than that.

III. Thou Shalt Keep Cords Away from Children and Pets
Kids and cables are best kept apart, and pets and cords just don’t mix. Whether you’re a parent or a pet owner, cable management – for you – doesn’t only involve untangling and organizing… it also means lifting cords up and out of reach to prevent electrocution and strangulation hazards. Self-stick cord clips are a cheap and effective solution for routing loose cables up and around doorframes or affixing them to furniture. For window treatment cords that dangle too low to the ground, try the Cable Turtle, a style-conscious little number that lets you coil up extra length until it’s out of range for kids and pets alike.

IV. Thou Shalt Not Over-Tighten Cable Ties
When using cable ties, it’s important to snuggly fasten them around cables without going too far and over-tightening them. Cable ties are probably the longest standing, easiest-to-use and least-expensive form of cable management, but they can easily cross the line between “organized cords” and “squished cables.” Too-tight cable ties can damage cable insulation and inhibit proper signal transmission, but there are a few products out there that can prevent you from going overboard. Mille-Ties are a uniquely designed, ultra-flexible breed of cable tie, which automatically stop themselves from ratcheting tighter once they’ve reached their ideal tension. Cable tie tensioning and cutoff tools can also be a big help; these gun-shaped devices quickly tighten standard cable ties to a safe tension, and then automatically trim off the ends.

V. Thou Shalt Eliminate Tripping Hazards
They may not seem too threatening, but floor-level cables have a way of snagging the feet of unsuspecting pedestrians. Nix the risk cable-related trip-and-fall accidents with cord covers, which can be found in styles that work for any setting. Our Floor Cord Cover Kit is a terrific all-inclusive solution for covering cables in low-traffic areas, while Rubber Ducts offer traction and protection in situations with moderate-volume pedestrian traffic. Wish you could make your cords cling to carpet? SafCord Cord Covers secure cords to loop-style, commercial and Berber carpets without messy adhesive, and offer the ultimate in low-profile safety.

I'm coming back slowly & lets begin with fusion

This rather inexpensive meal represents "fusion" cooking, so what's the significance?
No matter who you are, you can prepare meals all based on your perception, wisdom drawn from life experiences, shared recipes and tips plus tricks you designed yourself.
Once done, share it with the world.

This here? This is slowly sauteed pork in a very subtle Nicaraguan / Miskito Indian base. The onion, various peppers and fresh herbs are entered into the blend last to keep the somewhat crunchy as in most Asian dishes. The yams are simply a root within the southern portion of the United States. The chilis are actually Vietnamese and that is balanced with via a slight Mexican zest.

Until I can fully gather myself and get into full swing, there is never a time when you can not experiment with your own ideas.
