Is The Fed Preparing For The Next Financial Earthquake To Hit?

The Fed announced a series of three “expedited procedure, closed” meetings Monday thru Wednesday this week:  FRB Board Meetings.  The Monday meeting was allegedly “a review and determination by the Board of Governors” of the advance and discount rates charged by the Fed.   This is somewhat an absurd waste of time as both of those bank funding mechanisms have become antiquated and rarely used.  The discount window collects dust until a specific bank’s credit profile has collapsed to an extent that prevents it from accessing the interbank-lending market.  It’s seen as an act of desperation.  It’s doubtful that the meeting was convened to discuss the discount rate.
The announced subject matter of the two subsequent meetings are perhaps of more interest:  “bank supervisory matter” (Tuesday) and “periodic briefing and discussion on financial markets, institutions, and infrastructure” (Wednesday).
I find the latter two topics in the context of the fact that it appears that the European banking system – to which the U.S. Too Big To Fail Banks are inextricably tied – appears to be melting down.
For me the “tell tale” for the western financial system is Deutsche Bank.  Deutsche Bank has emerged as a “rogue” bank of sorts that had taken on a catastrophic amount of
Untitled1 (2)
reckless credit market risks.  Nothwithstanding its literal financial nuclear portfolio of derivatives, DB thrust its balance sheet into every sector of the global economic system that has been melting down over the past 12-24 months including energy, commodities, “Club Med” European banks and junk bonds.  It also began to choke to death on bank debt loans to companies like Glencore and Volkswagen.
The trading action in DB’s stock price has been unable to mask the underlying melt-down going on at the Company:
Untitled
As you can see, DB’s stock price has been significantly underperforming the BKX bank financial index since mid-July. Coincidentally, or perhaps not coincidentally, the S&P 500 suffered an 11% drop in mid-August.
Bloomberg News released a report about three weeks that surprisingly received little to no commentary in the alternative media world. It was reported that Goldman and JP Morgan were in discussions to buy $1.1 gross “notional” amount of DB’s distressed credit default swaps (LINK). That in and of itself was not necessarily interesting, but the article reported that DB had already sold off two-thirds of its distressed CDS swap book to since October 2015 to Citicorp. The CDS securities were “single-name” direct (not cleared thru DTC) OTC derivatives, meaning they are of the riskiest, most unregulated and most toxic variety.
If you notice on the graph above, around the time that DB was engaged in selling some of its toxic waste to Citi in October, the stock began take a dive and it began to diverge negatively from the rest of the big bank stocks.
I would suggest, and have been suggesting, that there’s been a series of mini-melt downs that have been occurring in the western financial system since late last summer.  I also have written analysis which has connected these melt-downs to Deutsche Bank and has connected the “stick saves” in the markets to the Fed.
I’m suggesting here that the Fed is behind the Citi, Goldman and JP Morgan CDS transactions with Deutsche Bank as means of preventing DB’s collapse.  After all, the TBTF fail banks in the U.S. are catastrophically tied to Deutsche Bank – and  the entire European financial system – via derivatives.
Last week Deutsche Bank’s stock began to sell-off hard again.  On Monday and Tuesday DB’s stock dropped 6.6% and was down as much as 9%, significantly underperforming its peers.
It’s my view that the Fed has been conducting an ongoing de facto bailout of Deutsche Bank since mid-summer, using the balance sheets of Citi, Goldman and JP Morgan as its proxies.  In the context of the behavior of DB’s stock recently, and in the contex of what is now blatant market intervention in the stock market by the Fed, and in the context of the news of the bank bail-in Austria plus the collapsing Italian banks,  I would suggest that “expedited rule, closed door” meetings held by the Fed this were convened in order to discuss the a western financial system which is obviously beginning collapse again.
I would also suggest that the Fed is inching closer to implementing more drastic monetary easing policy measures, which could include taking short rates negative and will likely include more money printing – either overt or cleverly disguised.
This is why gold and the mining stocks have been somewhat “melting up” despite the recent flood of anti-gold propaganda pouring from Wall Street and the mainstream media. It is likely that the “melt-up” in the precious metals space has a lot more “melting up” to do…
I’m finishing up my work on the mining stock that will be presented in the next issue of theMining Stock Journal (released Thursday).  This is an undiscovered Company that trades under 50 cents and it worth several times it’s current market cap just on its royalty properties.  Oh by the way, it’s in the midst of drilling what appears to be a massive copper/gold porphyry in an area that has been previously ignored.  Click here to access theMining Stock Journal.

Unleashing the Internet of Things

  What we do

We crowdsourced a complete city-wide Internet of Things data network with the people of Amsterdam in 6 weeks using a new technology named LoraWAN™.Now we are launching our global campaign to repeat this in every city in the world.

The technology allows for things to talk to the internet without 3G or WiFi. So no WiFi codes and no mobile subscriptions

It features low battery usage, long range and low bandwidth. Perfect for the internet of things.
Our vision
The internet was created by people that connected their networks and allowed traffic from, to and over their servers and cables to pass for free. As a result, there was abundant data communication and exponential innovation.

The Things Network is doing the same for the Internet of Things by creating abundant data connectivity. So applications and businesses can flourish.
Great site, tons of info.

Top 10 Ways to Help Poor and Needy People

On one hand, there are people who live their life lavishly. They are not only enjoying the joy of essentials but also have what they want and desire; a luxurious living providing them an extra comfort. On the other hand, there are people who cannot even afford the basic requirements of living. They do not have shelter to live, food to eat, and clothes to wear.People who have extra are living a comfortable and a posh life. While those who have barely the vitals are fighting each day for life. They fail to meet the basic requirements.
There are people who have much more than they need to live while others have barely enough to survive.
Poor people do not have enough clothing, food, education and healthcare. Being poor means deprived economically, politically and socially. They hardly get opportunities. They have inadequate nutrition, higher risk of diseases and lack access to healthcare and basic essentials for living resulting in low achievement.
One cannot make such people opulent but can at least help them achieve the essentials of life and lead a prosperous life. Helping the poor and needy people is a good deed. Caring for the poor and needy people and helping them is a noble endeavor. The more you give to poor and needy people, the more you strengthen their dependency. If you give them the chance or opportunity, you’ll see an effective and long-lasting improvement in their lives. Create a new system built on inter-dependency which motivates them to work and move forward and their dignity is maintained. Tossing out money or other kinds of donation do help the poor and needy people but the need is to direct your energies and efforts in raising them, building relationship, teaching them and moreover, regaining their self-confidence and self-esteem to work for themselves.
Change your perspective. Instead of considering them as a project to help, view them as people to love and respect. Following are the few ways to help the poor and needy people
10. Moral Consolation

One of the better ways to help the poor and needy people is to give them a hand up rather than a hand out. Giving them moral support, showing heartfelt humility and respect makes them aware that someone really does care about them and trying to improve their condition. By providing them with the opportunities to improve their condition on their own would increase their self-esteem and help them in overcoming barriers they face everyday. Work with the poor and needy people and help them discover their own capabilities and capacity and putting them to use at the right place at the right time. Support them and let them know that they have something of value which can be used for meeting their basic requirements.
9. Social Media

Social Media has become one of the most used way to help the poor and needy people and perhaps, the easiest way as well. Through the use of Social media and Social Networking Sites like Facebook or twitter, one can raise his or her voice and create awareness and get a helping hand; can connect to various charity organizations or community centers involved in helping the needy people; can buy products online from websites that donate a portion of their proceeds to charity that helps the poor and needy people.
8. Personal Financial Help

Individuals can help the poor and needy people monetarily also. Providing financial assistance to the poor can help them solve the basic problems of living. By providing money to the poor and needy people, they can get the essentials of living. One can get associated with charitable houses and donate money there to help the needy. By providing monetary help to the needy people, they can get meal for their family, a place to live or some clothes.
7. Fund Raising

One can join the fund raiser community or engage himself or herself with some organization who are involved in raising funds for the poor and needy people. They can join various activities and plan various strategies for fund raising like help in creating awareness in the society through various modes, conduct various shows like road shows, etc. They can organize activities and become an active member of an organization’s board or membership. Fund raising can involve donating items for free and holding auctions for those items. This would help raise funds.
6. Donate Groceries/Eatables

Provide nutritious meals to the poor and needy people. Donating groceries can help end the hunger of poor and needy people. They cannot even afford a single time meal for themselves and their family, so donating food will make their stomach fill and stay healthy. Rather than wasting food or throwing it, it is better to give it to a needy person.
5. Collection Drive

By conducting collection drives for food, clothes, books, blankets and other necessities one can help the poor and needy people. These collection drives can be conducted in schools, offices or locality and reaches to the neediest people. It is one of the easiest way to help the poor and needy people. Contact the organizations who work for poor people to find out what they need and then organize collection drive by setting up containers at schools, or local premises in which people can drop off donations, ask offices to donate to the drive.
4. Group Involvement/Volunteering Teams

Volunteering time and skills can help the poor and needy people. Creating awareness among the people for helping the poor and needy people can get more and more individuals join the drive. Groups can be formed that can help the needy, buy them a meal, give them a ride to shelter and other necessary assistance. Volunteers can help and teach them. These volunteers can help in arranging free health camps, doctors can be invited to treat the poor and needy people.Even the smallest efforts count. By sparing just few hours a week and doing even the smallest bit possible can do great wonders for the poor and needy people. Also, one can encourage friends or family members to join for just a noble cause.
3. Donate Old Belongings

In order to help the poor and needy, one can donate the old stuff from old clothes to appliances, furniture and other materials. Rummage through your belongings and give them away to the needy. Delving through old stuff and donating does help the poor people and makes a difference to those who needs such stuff. Donating clothes especially in winter season when the weather is too cold is of great help to the poor and needy people. Unneeded stuff can be donated to brighten someone else’s day.
2. Better Understanding

Understand the needs and requirements of the poor and needy people. Help them overcome the adversities of life. One can help the poor and needy people by understanding their wants, desires and thoughts without diminishing their dignity and helping them achieve those wants in a respectable manner. Also, one should treat the poor and needy people with respect and understanding. This would make a huge difference in their lives. Give them the same respect and courtesy you would accord your friends and family members. Respond them with a kind word and a smile.
1. Education

Imparting knowledge can help the poor and needy to stand on their feet. Education is the beginning of getting out from hardships of life. Giving free education to the poor and needy people help them to grow as individuals and help them lead a better life. Education can help them to get a job, be employed build career and achieve success, capability of handling problems and lead a successful life. The poor and needy people can become independent, self-sufficient and better human being through the power of education. Through education, we can help the poor and needy people to develop their skills so that they can take over efforts to revitalize their life rather than always depending on the outsiders to do so for them.

Dr. Ron Paul Reveals #1 Step to Prepare for America’s Next Big Crisis

Dr. Ron Paul–the former U.S. Presidential candidate and 22-year Congressional veteran–was briefly back in Washington, D.C., recently.
Dr. Paul was in the nation’s capital to educate Americans on what he believes our country’s next financial crisis will look like.
He says America is on the verge of a real “currency crisis”—the likes of which we have not seen in more than 50 years.
While in D.C., Dr. Paul announced that he’s found a way for citizens of every political party to prepare, including the specific steps you should take. He released a short video presentation to explain all the details. (You can watch it here.)
Few people in America today have Dr. Paul’s knowledge of the inner workings of both the government and the U.S. financial system…
After all, Dr. Paul spent more than two decades in Congress. He served on the House Banking Committee and the Committee on Foreign Affairs.
He sponsored more than 600 legislative bills. He met with every President of the past 40 years and every Fed Chairman. He spent thousands of hours in top secret, closed-door meetings.
And Dr. Paul believes a major currency crisis is coming to America… sooner than most people think.
During his recent visit in Washington, he said:
“The way you live, work, travel, retire, and invest in America… everything is going to change. Some of it in ways most people do not expect. This period is going to be particularly tough on seniors and anyone relying on a fixed income, or money from the government.”
“Trouble is coming—please make sure you, your family, and anyone you care about are prepared.”
That’s why Dr. Paul recently worked to help put together a short video presentation that explains the #1 first step every American should take to prepare for America’s next, inevitable crisis.
I strongly suggest you take a look at this fascinating piece Dr. Paul has prepared.
You may have seen many of Dr. Ron Paul’s interviews, speeches, and Congressional testimony over the years…
But I guarantee you’ve never seen him quite like this.

Be sure to check out Dr. Paul’s brand new free presentation, here…

"Jeekalock"

*My ego needed a stroke, accolade, nourishment, fear or some sort of stimulus so I created a demon. I've named him, "Jeekalock".

Jeekalock can't be found in Webster's or Britanica yet he does exist. Why? He exists because I created him within my mind and "thoughts are things".

My creation now must have an environment, he has to have a set of variables, values and he has to have an order to follow.

My mind will create this pattern, for lack of a better term, and it's all orchestrated by my mind.

*He does this when I do that, he acts inadvertently when I don't do this that or the other. He's a beast when I don't keep him in mind yet he's allowing when I think according to my self written rules.

Others can't see Jeekalock yet they can identify with some of his characteristics and liken him to their own mental monsters.
This gives my mind a false sense of validity, credibility.

I go day to day consciously and unconsciously creating rules for Jeekalock as he has become a leader in my belief system.

Jeekalock needs to be fed and my perception paired with my ego does it's job.

Self fulfilling prophecy or indoctrinated value has seized my mind.

*These short utterances from one of my books was to convey one sentiment: Be careful what you believe / create in your mind. You will feed it one way or another.

The benefits or destruction is of your own making and of your own mind.

Jeekalocks, devils, demons and spooks don't exist in my world of, "Cause and effect".

When I think in the productive "now" I get to live in the productive manifestations of such thought in my "next".
